More news on my planned DXped to St Helena ZD7. The Airport has received its ‘certification’ from ASSI which means it meets appropriate International standards regarding security, safety, processing of passengers etc. This does not mean the wind shear issue has been resolved (which is an operational readiness matter) but it is another step in the process to being able to fly to ZD7.
Atlantic Star Airlines have announced their flights for October and those are the dates I am now aiming for, as it is fervently hoped the airport is declared open before then.
Please therefore can you re-announce my DXped with the dates 18th to 30th October 2016.
I will continue to keep you updated with the situation.

Plus de nouvelles sur mon DXped prévue à Sainte-Hélène ZD7. L’aéroport a reçu sa «certification» de ASSI qui signifie qu’il répond aux normes internationales appropriées en matière de sécurité, la sécurité, le traitement des passagers, etc. Cela ne signifie pas la question de cisaillement du vent a été résolu (ce qui est une question de préparation opérationnelle), mais il est un autre étape dans le processus d’être en mesure de voler à ZD7.
Atlantic Star Airlines ont annoncé leurs vols pour Octobre et ce sont les dates que je vise maintenant, comme il est à espérer avec ferveur l’aéroport est déclarée ouverte avant then.Please peut donc vous ré-annoncer mon DXped avec les dates 18ème à 30e Octobre 2016 .

April 14 — We obtained licence from Congo telecom authorities at the end of February. All documents will be sent just before our activity for DXCC credit.
